Shopping for lamps this week I was reminded of a dream holiday I took a couple of summers ago to Capri, Italy.
On the back side of the island, I found a small home accessories shop.
I fell in love with these lamps...
shells floating in some sort of Resin- turned into lamps.
I remember thinking they were fresh and clever.
I thought for sure I could find them in the States or at least, find something similar...no chance!!!
What I did find stateside...

Eric Hughs, a NY designer, found this lamp at Calypso Christiane Celle Home, NY and then filled it with these exquisite shells.
